    Pale coral, golden pink Taut red berries and a generous grapefruit citrus character on the nose. The palate shows a soft, mellowed and slightly developed profile with oxidative hints, balancing pretty red fruit with hearty citrus and plenty of ripe alcohol. It maintains a crisp, long acidity that keeps it generous and pleasant. A summer party pleaser. Slightly more international and recognisably Provence-style than many Les Baux.

We’re mother and son duo Elizabeth Gabay MW and Ben Bernheim. Between us, we’ve been involved in the wines of southern France for over 30 years. Elizabeth started working with the wines of Provence back in 1986, and for the past 20 years has lived on the eastern edge of south-east France.
